Along with the traditional Spanish cuisine (paella, tortilla, marmitaco fish ragout, octopus with potatoes) on the menu of the restaurant are harmoniously interwoven classical Odesa anchovy fritters with bean purée, and sprats on rye toasts with tomato salad.
