Будинок у готичному стилі , в ньому жив відомий маріупольський лікар Сергій Гампер. У часи Гампера будинок оточував великий двір з садом, басейном з лебедями. Після революції господарі будинку емігрували, а він відійшов до комунальної власності. Зараз будинок в занедбаному стані.
