During the national liberation war of Ukraine, the monastery was destroyed. Although the indoors were rebuilt with wood, they were subsequently destroyed by fire in the 70s of the XVII century. In 1701 dominicans had built a college and monastery - this time made of bricks and stone foundation. Construction was completed in 1787. There was located Pokrovskyi Monastery, which existed before the beginning of the XX century. In 1908 the bell tower was erected. Church of the Intercession and cells, bell tower extant. In 1917 Sister Jadwiga Kulyesha founded there an association of Benedictine Sisters missionaries. Currently the monastery is open.
