Until 1934, the building, reminiscent of an English country cottage, was a hotel for foreigners, then a hostel. Today, art exhibitions are held here, which is facilitated by the interiors of the building, made using carved wood, decorative plastic, colorful fireplaces in the spirit of Northern Art Nouveau.
