On the menu is soup in korowai (loaf), dishes of carp and crucian carp (caught in the pool in front of the guest), catfish baked with cheese and mushrooms, grilled squid, potato pancakes with cracklings, lamb on the bone, homemade honey cake, sherbet.
You can spend your leisure time in a rural hut, and in the hunting lodge. Those guests who prefer a rich and solemn reception are welcome to “Hetman’s Hall”.
