In 1858 land owner of Shpola district, a Russian nobleman Alexander Abaza laid a dendropark within a few kilometers west of the town of Shpola, and in the middle of it built stone-built two-stored brick palace in the classical style with elements of modernism. Inside the entrance to the palace there are ten iron pillars that form an open veranda.
