Stone-brick two-story palace in the style of classicism with elements of modernism, erected in the middle of the 19 century.

In 1858 land owner of Shpola district, a Russian nobleman Alexander Abaza laid a dendropark within a few kilometers west of the town of Shpola, and in the middle of it built stone-built two-stored brick palace in the classical style with elements of modernism. Inside the entrance to the palace there are ten iron pillars that form an open veranda. These columns were made in a workshop in St. Petersburg of Tsar Alexander II, as evidenced poured on columns picture Russian letter "A" from the name of King Alexander (in Russian - Alexander). Palace with the surrounding area Alexander Abaza gave to his daughter Pelagia when she married Count Urusov. In 1920 the palace was nationalized.
