Chikhachev purchased the estate in 1860, then built a palace for building materials is imported from abroad ( England). Around the palace he planted park (10 hectares) for his daughter Sophia. for narratives veteran trees in the park were planted as the name of his daughter - " Sonya ".
The palace is located Mytkivska School I-III century. The school is a museum, which contains tools different times of life - from stone blades to wooden spoons. A huge basement contains sport halls and big dining room. Out of the previous interior, there is remained a so-called "scene", that one can omit - or hide.
