Kharkiv Philharmonic – a new place on a Kharkiv art space map with ancient musical traditions. Even at the time of its creation in the second half of the XIX century, it had a well known interior architectural unprecedented luxury – a copy of the famous palace Tyurilyi in France.
Now it has the unique acoustics of the hall and is almost completely preserved and restored. There is also an organ department, which belongs to the new Philharmonic complex, and is open for the guests. And it really amazes with the new organ by Alexander Schuke, which has 5,700 pipes and 72 registers with fascinating magical sound. Thanks to a technique, the music in any room sounds equally well.
