This project of a well-known restaurateur Klara Bulhakova includes an art-café and a literary salon, thus recreating the atmosphere of the 20th century.
The restaurant offers European cuisine with an emphasis to Mediterranean and Odesa dishes. Its signature ones are “Quarter Chicken Odesa”, “Intricate Salad with Mushrooms”, also eggplant paste, warm mushroom salad with sunflower seeds, pork ribs with cherry sauce, carrot cake with orange cream, signature cider.
The restaurant is saturated with the atmosphere of the southern city where the concept of eclecticism has no negative shade. Explicit Italian-French motives in the design of halls and intrusion of the name of the hostess into the name of the restaurant create the attraction of this place.
