This is one of the post-war Zaporizhzhia legends and it is not at all true. If you look at the map of the city, you can see that it would be impossible to write the word «Stalin» completely. Although, if you look from above, you can even see the letter «t». The brightest building of the whole city was built in 1938 according to the project of the architect Lavrov.
