Osip Shore Monument

Monument to Osip Benjaminovich Shore, who is considered to be the prototype of the famous literary character, Ostap Bender, from the easy hand of Valentin Kataev.

Osip Shore was born in Nikopol on May 30, 1899. In 1901 he moved with his family to Odessa.
