According to Mikhail Videiko, the candidate of historical sciences, the park and the castle appeared at the end of the 18th century, simultaneously with Sofiyivka. Here, too, was a rock of love, a cascade of ponds and a mandatory underground passage. According to the scientist, Shuvalov at the beginning of the XX century only rebuilt the existing hunting castle.
The castle has 3 towers, one of which is a tower, with a balcony, decorated with the Shuvalov coat of arms. There is also a half-timbered house; A grand, renaissance-lush entrance next to the chalet-half-timbered piece; Stucco molding; Romantic roofs, covered with tiles; vane.
The manor and castle are now part of the Talnevsky park - a park-monument of landscape art of national importance.
